Week Four post three
Following this week, I have realized that I lack some of these qualities to the extent that I want to have them in my life. For example, I need to work on moving on from things. I get stuck in the past and it brings me down a lot. I need to keep my head up and look forward to feel happier. Also, I learned a lot about conflict and how I can approach the conflict between my sister and I. This week made me reflect a lot on my own life and I feel that it will hopefully help me feel happier in the weeks to come.
I will start tracking my happiness to a deeper extent following this week. One question I have been pondering is how does one track the meaningfulness in their life?
