Week Three Post Three

After this week, I want to focus on being as compassionate as possible and not letting other dilemmas bring me down, but rather, bring out the caregiving qualities inside and cause me to be content and happy. I have been doing the three good things technique from first week and it is enabling me to categorize and organize my sources of happiness. I am enjoying this class and cannot wait to learn more.

I want to dive deeper into research about compassion in communities bc a lot of volunteer work revolves around the outdoors. Also, i should start comparing research of all of these topics and see which one is the most effective, if any, or if you need them all to be happy.

  1. Could you interview people who volunteer out in nature and use some sort of a happiness scale on them?
